Part-Time Secretary / Administrator
Permateek Marine Decking Limited have an immediate vacancy for a Secretary / Administrator to work in our Head Office in Wimborne, Dorset.
The role will involve the following:
- Taking Telephone enquiries
- Liaising with Customers and Suppliers
- Organising Courier dispatches both UK and overseas
- And general day to day office duties
- Generally assisting the Director
The job is very rewarding and would suit an enthusiastic and hardworking person who is very organized and can work on their own initiative as part of a small team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Word, Excel and Microsoft Outlook. Accounting and payroll experience is not essential but may be advantageous.
Ideally you would work from 10am till 3pm 4 to 5 days a week. More hours may be available later.
