Fitting Options

Option 1 - Pre Made Rectangular Panels

The most cost effective way to benefit from a beautiful Permateek deck is to purchase rectangular pre made panels and simply cut them to shape using a Stanley type knife (See cutting instructions). This task is well within the capabilities of an average DIY enthusiast. Then using our recommended single part Polymer adhesive simply glue in pace and leave to dry (see gluing instructions).

Option 2 - Pre Made Shaped Panels from Patterns or Templates

Simply send us a pattern or template of the deck area required (see patterning instructions) and we will make up a ready to lay panel either with or without margin boards. Then using our recommended single part Polymer adhesive simply glue in pace and leave to dry (see gluing instructions).

Option 3 - Full Fitting Service

By far the simplest way to achieve a great looking deck. Simply pick up the phone and ask for a quote! We would be pleased to quote you for a fully fitted deck. We will handle everything from making a pattern and templates then fabricating your panels in the workshop through to fitting your deck, nothing could be simpler.

There is very little "down time" as we will only need a couple of days on the boat one to pattern and one to fit all the other work is done off site. So you can continue to enjoy your boating season whilst most of the work is being done.
